Hello all I’m 34 years old and a non smoker! I’m married with 6 children between the ages of 6-14 years old. back in September 2018 i was diagnosed with stage 4 NSCLC! 7 1/2cm mass on lung, 3 lesions on brain, & 3 lesions on my bones. I got targeted radiation on my brain (they shrunk) and i got chemo and immunotherapy and it shrunk my tumor to 3cm and stabilized my spots on bone. I had 4 rounds of carbo, alimta, & keytruda! Then my carbo got dropped and i did two maintenance rounds of just alimta and keytruda!!
This has not been a easy road but with so much help and support I can’t help but to stay positive and live my life like im normal
