Miguel Gerber

Welcome to Miguel's Caring bridge page! On Monday February 15th Miguel was heading North on south Santa Fe road south of Anthony. It is a dirt road and dirt roads can get tricky pretty quick. Miguel was driving to town to pick up a friend when for some reason that is not clear, control of the pickup was lost and the pickup rolled and Miguel was ejected from the pickup. Fortunately two of his very close friends were in a vehicle behind him and reached Miguel and his overturned pickup within minutes of the accident. One of his friends ran to Miguel's side while the other called 911. Miguel was then taken by ambulance to the parking lot of the hospital where the Eagle Med helicopter was waiting to transport him to Wesley medical center in Wichita. This was just the beginning of our story!
