Hello all,
As I am preparing for my second SCT, I thought I would summarize what has happened so far. In November of 2016 I was diagnosed with T Cell Prolymphocytic Leukemia (TPLL). I was treated with an immunotherapy, Campath, and then had a BMT in April 2017, with my brother David as the donor. Everything went smoothly and  I was in remission for 2 years. I had returned to work last year. In April at a 3 month blood check, they detected that TPLL was active again. I was put on Campath again and it luckily worked again. I am scheduled to go in for a second transplant October 3.  I will be at Froedtert in Milwaukee. Katie will be my donor. I will be in the hospital for about a month and an apartment in Milwaukee for about a moth if all goes well. One step at a time.

I would love to hear about life on the outside while I am recuperating. Prayers are always needed. Take care everyone. Welcome to our CaringBridge website.
