Over the past month has been quite an adventure for Michael and the family. Since March 8th, 2016 we went to ER due to Michael having severe pains in is abdomen and back. The ER at West Suburban had shook our lives with the bold word of CANCER in his spine and liver. They have immediately transferred Michael to UI of Health (formerly known as UIC) in Chicago. After 5 day stay at UI Health, he was released to home with many appointments to follow up with. On March 22nd, we went to meet with the Oncologist team to find out what kind of cancer we are battling with. He is diagnosed with Melanoma Cancer Stage 4. I will be doing my best to update this site with our journey with Michael. Please do leave some words with us.
