Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. 

We will never be able to thank you all adequately. We are so blessed to know all of you. Our family has been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support we have been given. Our 3 child, Michael, age 8, was just diagnosed with leukemia. He was in school, at cub scouts, playing football, and climbing trees as of 2 days ago. Severe belly pain brought us into the ER Sunday morning and about an hour later I was told his blood work was abnormal and they were certain it was leukemia. This has all happened very fast and our family is trying our best to be there for Michael and all of our kids. He has a large mass compressing his heart and lungs so breathing is not easy. He needs steroids for a couple of days before it's safe to sedate him for the OR. He will need a bone marrow biopsy, a lumbar puncture, and a mediport placed under anesthesia. Michael and all of us really just want to say thank you for.....everything. Your prayers, calls, messages, gifts, meals, visits, thoughts, hugs, friendships, offers of support....I could go on for days.....for now I'll have to just say Thank you! We are so blessed and God is so good. We have hope and trust Michael will be fully cured. We love you all! I will try to post some pictures of our amazing little guy who has already suffered so much.
