Our dad was diagnosed with Colon cancer in 2012. After surgery and a lot of chemo he was in remission. In 2016, dad was told he had metastasized colon cancer in the lungs that would soon travel to his liver and brain.
Dad has fought a long, hard battle. Over the last few years he has been treated in Nebraska, Texas, and Mexico. He has underwent radiation and more chemo than anyone can imagine. He had brain surgery in April, and returned home shortly after.
All treatment options have been exhausted and dad is tired. He is resting and spending time with family.
