Michael's journey began in February 2016 with his diagnosis of AML. He fought it then and now he will fight it again. He has relapsed June 8, 2018, but the AML has mutated to a different variation called APML. While this type is treatable and "highly curable" the treatment plan is long and will be difficult at times. Knowing that we have a strong support system with all of you following Michael's journey helps him and all of us in times of difficulty. Michael likes to read the comments from you.
