Welcome! Thank you for checking in.  If you are reading this and praying for us you are a treasure beyond words. I will be sure to pass along any messages/comments to Michael.

This is the medical  journey of that easy-going guy we all adore.   When you visit or call him he will immediately reassure you that God is healing him and quickly turn the conversation around to ask you about yourself.   He is beloved by all of his caregivers  (including this one) because of his sincere concern for those around him.

We are using this site to keep family and friends updated.  (By the way, my sister-in-law is also named Linda Roberts and a huge support for us both; if I compliment her I have not digressed into third person narrative!)   Some of you want every detail of Michael's day and others may only have a moment to check for important updates.  I am new to this format but will enter as much detail as possible with important news either as a separate post or in bold so you can skim this site and stay current --your time is important to us!  I will also frequently share daily inspirations I receive from my dear friend Rita -- her "Inspi-Ritas" -- and want to thank her here for the blessings she brings to every day of my life, sharing God's word. 

Finally, we have discovered that the moment we thank God for our situation, blessings unfold before us everywhere.  I will give at least one shout out to God in each journal entry but know that typically there are more blessings than I can share.
