Michael was admitted to Hilton Head Hospital on Friday February 9, 2018. He was diagnosed with severe bi-lateral pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome. Michael was intubated and placed in a medically induced coma. He is fighting the fight and getting stronger everyday. Please feel free to follow his CaringBridge page for twice daily updates and maybe some off-color humor :/ as only he would have it.
