My name is Mia. I was born on the 13.09.2011. Ever since I was born I was a poorly eater and slightly behind with my development. When I was 5 month old, I started having seizures. I was admitted to hospital straight away and got diagnosed with west syndrome / infantile spasms, because the right frontal lope of my brain wasn't properly developed. They've put me on a high dose of steroids and the spasms stopped. I also got diagnosed with low muscle tone and severe global developmental delay and non verbal autism. I also have communication difficulties and I do not understand instructions. I also have focal seizures now.
