Melissa Wetli

Melissa is in the intensive care unit at a hospital in Traverse City after being admitted during a work trip. She was immediately diagnosed with sepsis which is a life threatening condition.  This diagnosis resulted from a serious infection that she had been hospitalized for just two weeks ago.  Her temperature spiked to life threatening levels in these past two days and she is receiving high doses of antibiotics to fight the infection. The good news is her temperature has come down and tests today indicate the bacteria has NOT entered her blood stream.   That said, she is still in serious condition and Linda, John, and Drew are with her physically but we need everyone’s thoughts and prayers to be with her as she fights to get better.  So I ask you to send her your thoughts, prayers, pictures, and love.   Melissa is an amazing young woman as you know and has a long incredible life ahead of her. Let’s help her fight for it!!
