My last year of college, I found out that I suffered from a rare genetic disorder. This disorder caused me to have liver disease, which led to cirrhosis of the liver, and eventually would lead to complete liver failure. I will finally be receiving a liver transplant tomorrow. My Uncle Mark will be my living donor and my hero! I am so very grateful to him, and will never be able to repay him for giving me this second chance at life.
