Max (Mordecai) Rosenblum had a major stroke on May 10, 2017. He was swimming in the pool exercising, like he does several times a week, when a very awake lifeguard noticed something wasn't right and dived in to save him. He was taken to Tel Hashomer Hospital in serious but stable condition, and is currently at the Rehabilitation hospital at Tel HaShomer, Tel Aviv. Max suffered a hemorrhagic stroke on the left side of his brain . He is paralyzed on the right side of his body and his ability to communicate has been severely affected. That's the story, but we remain very optimistic about his prognosis.
