As of December 27, 2018, twelve days after his accident, Matt is almost breathing on his own, and he can follow some commands to move one of his arms and both legs. It is in these small, painful movements that hope lies for his future. There is still the extent of brain damage to assess, and he will be without his skull for a minimum of 3 months. The road ahead will be long and painful, and the struggle that awaits this young man is unimaginable, but he is a fighter!
Please hold this family close as you attend services in this joyous season of faith and love. They believe in the power of prayer and ask for yours to reach the tender ear of our loving God. In these tough times we ask to please give whatever you can to help along his long road to recovery.
The money donated will be used for both present and future medical bills, in addition, it will assist the family in the enormous cost of travel and lodging to stay by his side during recovery.
