Matthew is 17 years old. He is a son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend to many. On June 20, 2016, he was involved in a horrible car accident. He was admitted to Bayfront Medical Center in critical condition suffering from a Traumatic Brain Injury, broken pelvis and knee, and many internal injuries. After months in ICU, he was transferred to Brooks Rehabilitation Center in Jacksonville, FL. At this time he has not responded to any stimulation and is being transferred to All Children's Hospital before being brought home. He will then receive outpatient treatment. Matthew's family know that everything is in God's hands and is just asking for everyone's prayers.
