Matt began feeling unwell last week and thought he had a viral bug, perhaps the flu.  He went to the doctor, but they were unable to ID what was making him sick and prescribed rest, fluids and Tylenol/Ibuprofen while they waited for lab results.  He was sent to the ER on Friday for low BP and dehydration, but doctors were still unsure of what he was sick with but thought maybe UTI.  Prescribed antibiotic, fluids, rest and continue on Tylenol/Ibuprofen.  Saturday evening Matt started to have minor difficulty breathing, but he believed it to be caused by his asthma.  He used his inhaler and tried to get some rest, but couldn't sleep.  Sunday morning he went to the ER and was immediately admitted to the ICU with a diagnosis of atypical pneumonia and sepsis.
