<blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px">It&#39;s that time again. Update.  The very rainy winter/spring  were very hard for Matt. The rain really exacerbated his back pain which ended up with Matt spending a lot of time resting.  Not being able to be as active as he had been when the weather was warmer.</blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px"> </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px">His efforts in selling some of his duplicate tools and supplies have paid off and we were able to get the house painted and turf installed so the backyard was not a mud pit for the dogs (I am VERY thankful for that!), </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px"> </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px">Travis and Brittany&#39;s wedding this past March was so beautiful (they did an amazing job), and our trip to Hawaii was wonderful.  I&#39;m so proud of Matt for making the trip with us. It did not come without challenges, the biggest of course being his back which kept him down for a good part of the time.  He had a gorgeous view of the ocean and the sea turtles from our room. He did venture out to the shops with the help of an electric scooter, which gave him a little more freedom and comfort than the wheelchair. </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px"> </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px">We also celebrated our baby&#39;s high school graduation! So many milestones the last couple of years and Matt has fought hard to be at all of them.  He does continue to wak a lot and is spending more time once again outside enjoying our lovely California weather.  </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px"> </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px">He hasn&#39;t gained much more use of his right hand (I still have hope ),, but he was able to help me and teach me to change the ignition on my 17 yr old car that I&#39;m determined to keep going until it can&#39;t go!  He&#39;s been using the leaf blower to clean up the back yard and even trimmed the weeds with the weedeater.  He usually pays for that with having to eat his back the next day but he still does it!  </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px"> </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px"> He is able to call, text, video chat and is home most of the time!  </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px"> </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px">Thanks for your continued prayers! </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px"> </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px"> </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px"> </blockquote><blockquote style="margin:0 0 0 40px;border:none;padding:0px"> </blockquote>
