Matthew Anderson Matthew Anderson-heart

First post: Jun 24, 2020 Latest post: Aug 2, 2020
When Matt was very small he had a couple of different congenital heart defects repaired. One of them entailed opening up his pulmonary valve so that blood could properly flow from one chamber to the other. As he has aged that valve has gotten leaky. Now it is functioning at a level that requires it to be replaced. We have always known this would have to be done, so this does not come as a surprise, just a necessary part of his health journey. On June 29, 2020, he will undergo valve replacement at the U of MN.  This site is dedicated to keeping all stake-holders in his life journey updated. Thank you for choosing to walk this leg of our journey with us. 💖 -Matt, Liz, Talitha, and Josiah
