Matheus Basuni

Matheus was admitted in the Mercy San Juan hospital on early morning Saturday, February 10, 2018.  It’s quite a long story, but in short, to see him alive is nothing short of God’s miracle.  Doctor said that his heart is only 1% functional and in his many years of experience as a doctor, he never seen anybody survived this condition. In fact, that was exactly what he told Bella and Janti that Saturday morning, that he is going to die. Not that we don’t trust the doctor, BUT…we have an AMAZING GOD and absolutely nothing is impossible for HIM.  1% is all He needs to keep Matheus alive and performs His miracle. Tonight he is alive, interacting and joking with his friends and family who visit him like only Matheus can, but his battle is very far from over. His heart is 99% damaged beyond repair and he is living off a temporary machine that pumps blood for him for now. Doctor said that typically people can live off this machine only for 10-14 days. So the only options for him is either to have a full heart transplant or put a permanent machine for his heart. The good thing is, he should be eligible to be a transplant candidate because he is still under 70 years of age and his blood type is B+ and it’s not the hardest type to find a donor match. The only place that can perform heart transplant near here is UCSF Hospital in San Francisco. 
So please continue to pray for him so they can find a perfect donor match. Pray for this donor who is about to lose his/her own life that God will prepare him/her the highest place in heaven. And also please pray that there will be no additional complications for Matheus such as pneumonia etc. Last but not least, please pray for his family, Janti, Billy, Ben and Bella for their own health, strength and most importantly, faith. One thing to describe Our God:
