Welcome to Mason McCartan's CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. Mason was injured in a sledding accident on Friday, December 29, 2017. He was in the PICU at the University of Iowa Hospital for two weeks, spent nearly a week on the pediatrics floor, received inpatient rehab for three weeks at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, received outpatient rehab for three weeks, and is now rebuilding his life day by day!
