As of yesterday I found out what would be a 4 week window of preparation for surgery, is now just 3 days. They had a last minute cancellation for surgery which means I am that much closer to getting this tumor out of my head and on to recovery! A little scary but excited too.

Bit of a scramble now but I just want to take a minute to say how thankful I am that God has put some pretty great people in my life. Each of you has been so kind to send love and support in your way. Whether it’s been a prayer, a phone call/text or email, a funny gif, a tearful Marco Polo, a joke about the super powers I’m gonna come out of this with…all of it has been unexpected but so overwhelmingly appreciated. Much more than you know.

I’ll be out of commission for a few days but Tonya will be updating you all here until I am able to do so.
