Mary Ann was involved in an automobile accident on January 10th at 11:00 A.M. on her way to her bible study.  She was traveling north on Hwy 101 in Chanhassen and struck a garbage truck at a speed of approximately 50mph.
She suffered extensive injuries;  16 broken ribs, a broken sternum, a broken left ankle, a broken left wrist, a broken right hand and fractures to vertebrae C2 and C4.    The driver of the truck was uninjured.
She has been in intensive care at HCMC and has been in a neck brace and intubated with a breathing and feeding tube.  As of Friday, she has had a tracheostemy and peg so we are hoping to be able to communicate with her soon.
Please keep Mary Ann in your prayers for a speedy recovery,  that her pain will be well managed and she will feel God's presence.
We will update the site as her healing progresses.
