Mary Anne was diagnosed with a brain tumor in October after a long bout of doctor appointments, tests, surgery, scans and biopsies.  Surgery /biopsy of the tumor revealed that it was lymphoma.  She was emergently admitted to The James Cancer Hospital in November due to low sodium levels and also received her first of six inpatient chemo treatments.  Four days after she returned home, she was taken to the emergency room where they discovered she had a perforated bowel.  She underwent emergency surgery on November 14th and then remained in the ICU for three weeks due to sepsis.  She then spent 2 months in rehab facilites before returning home for two short weeks before resuming chemo at the James Cancer Center.   We are all praying for the best outcome and we know so many of you care and love her as we do.  We will provide updates as often as we can through this site and appreciate all of your love and prayers.
