Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

Hello friends and family, as most of you know, Mary Ann suffered a massive stroke last Monday.  It has been quite devastating to say the least.  This website will serve as a way to communicate Mary Ann’s progress in the coming weeks and months.  Mary Ann was airlifted from a hospital in Phoenix to a hospital in Scottsdale (that specializes in strokes)  Upon arrival, the doctors removed a blood clot from her brain.  In the days following, Mary Ann slept quite a bit and had us concerned.  Currently, she has turned a corner for the better.  She is alert, awake and talking.  The physical therapists and speech therapists are working with her every day to regain her speech, swallowing, use of her extremities, etc.  She still needs a lot of rest but she is progressing wonderfully.  My dad and our entire family would like to thank all of you for your prayers and support this last week.  We have relayed every one of them  to Mary Ann and she feels the love!  Keep the prayers coming and I will update her progress as often as possible.  Love to you all, Angie
