Marshall Pregnall Marshall's next climb!

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.  As many of you already know, Marshall went to the ER with back spasms on 9/4/16 and the very thorough ER doctor at our local hospital ordered a CT scan.  The scan showed three masses on his lung, paratracheal lymph node and kidney.  Needless to say the news was shocking to all of us, including the ER doc (it was his 5th day on the job!).  We followed up with our primary doctor, Dr. Sunhee Woo, who is a tiger-doc!  She has managed to get Marshall to see a Pulmonologist, Dr. Mahmood, an Oncologist, Dr. Harandi and get various MRIs, a PET scan and right now he is getting a CT guided biopsy of the lung mass.  We are getting to the bottom of all of this and we want to keep you posted throughout this new climbing adventure that we are about to embark on.  As you all know, Marshall is a vibrant, strong and healthy person and we  will fight this. He is a warrior and the strongest person I know. However, knowing that our wonderful friends and families are rallying behind us will be a great help.
