It is with a great deal of difficulty that this entry is written...difficulty because writing this makes it all the more real. As a result of a pretty intense month of tests, travel in between snow storms, many nights in hotels, blood transfusions and assistance from her "kids", Mom has been diagnosed with Leukemia. Some of you may know that mother is a 2 time survivor of cancer - what an amazing woman huh?! She has already begun a treatment plan of 7 consecutive days of chemo each month in addition to blood transfusions. Yes - a whole lot of doctoring and Yes a whole lot of precious family time as "her girls" and Myron (and Robyn) support her in this journey. Mom, Dad and the rest of our family would covet your prayers for healing, and wisdom, and God's peace that surpasses all understanding as we navigate this difficult time.
