I would never have thought that Thanksgiving 2015 would be the start of a new health journey. I was diagnosed with Stage 3 ovarian cancer and went through massive surgery in December 2015, followed by 6 months of chemotherapy. After roughly four months in remission, the cancer returned in the Spring of 2016. I made the decision not to continue chemotherapy, and pursued holistic therapy for 3 months. The cancer continued to spread throughout my body. I know that God has been with me all this time, and is still with me in my final stages.
