I am a retired (happily so) former Senior Process Engineer for a medical device manufacturer in Elk River, MN. I also did network administration and first line desktop support fo all the users in the company. As a long time tech nerd, I've been on the Internet since the mid nineteen-nineties, well before most people even knew what it was, or is. The WWW actually started in 1991, so I've been with it since almost the beginning. I am fairly fluent in Macintosh (preferred) and Windows operating systems, both in most current their forms. Now that I have the time and ambition, I'm starting a few online course to learn the Linux operating systems in their desktop and server forms. More on this as I progress through the programs.
