Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

On Thursday April 20, 2017, Mark was in a serious motor vehicle accident.  He was ejected from the vehicle and sustained life threatening injuries. He was air-lifted from Glendive to the Billings Clinic.  He has multiple broken bones in both legs, his left arm and his face, but thankfully nothing serious to his back or spine and no significant internal injuries.  With all that being said, the major hurdle he is facing right now is a very serious brain injury.  The doctors have been able to keep him medically stable and are watching for signs of improvement, but as of this time, he has not woken up.  We have seen a couple encouraging signs such as wiggling toes and squeezing hands on demand, but nothing consistent yet.  We are encouraged by these small events, but in the world of brain injuries, we know progress often is very slow and unpredictable. We are remaining positive and we know Mark is a fighter, but he has a long road ahead. Please continue to keep Mark in your prayers.
