Welcome to our CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement during this time when it matters most.

Mom has been diagnosed with colon and liver cancer and is now under the care of Hospice of Union County (NC).  She and Dad are still living in their retirement apartment at the JAARS Center in Waxhaw.  We have made every effort to keep them together as long as we can.

In the tradition of foreign missionaries through the centuries, Mom has maintained her readiness to preach, pray or die in a moment's notice.  She's reluctant to leave the man who has been at her side for the past 66 years but she is ready to swim the river and meet the Savior she's served from her youth.
