Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting. Our beloved mom Marilyn has been in the hospital since December 13th with severe inflammation her lungs. She has been treated for pneumonia with antibiotics and steroids and was in the ICU for two weeks. She is now in the step down ICU and off of the high flow oxygen but still on regular oxygen. She tires easily but is still very much herself. The three of us (Lisa Aric and Rebecca) and our families have spent many hours visiting her, but now the hospital is closed to visitors because of COVID. (Visitors are allowed for end of life and for those who are severely disabled only). We deeply appreciate all of Marilyn's many friends and relatives who are so concerned about her well-being, and are so grateful for all your support and prayers. The three of us are now in three different places and are trying to coordinate our communications with each other, with Marilyn and with her caregivers. We will try to continue to update this site with information about how she is doing.
