Marie was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in March of 2017. She had been having some indications that something was off in January, but it took some time to nail down the details. It's been an interesting journey to discover what this diagnosis means and what the treatments options are. Marie turned 89 on 4/23/17 and decided that aggressive treatment options were not for her.
Marie moved from her beloved Creekside Village independent apartment where she had lived for 4 1/2 years to Hearthstone of Beaverton assisted living on 6/2/17 Her address is 12520 SW Hart Road, Apt 121, Beaverton, Or 97008. Her phone number is still the same: 503-639-5199. We are thrilled at the wonderful care she is getting at Hearthstone, and are so happy to see her comfortable and well tended.
