Hi family and friends! 

If you are here you know that our mother Mariel is suffering from IPF ( Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis) which is a terminal lung disease.  This is a very unpredictable disease. She has decided to start Hospice, and returned to her home from the hospital to Ashfield Tuesday morning, November 28th. 

This site to get updates and information on ways to help out. We will need help to provide 24 hour care and we are currently working on a list of tasks. Please stay tuned. 

This is also a site to share thoughts... well wishes, prayers, and cooking tips. 

For the time being please no unannounced visits and if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to sickness please communicate by phone or by website only.

One more thing: You may be asked  by Caringbridges to donate to support the organization. This is NOT a donation to Mariel's site. You are welcome to donate to Caringbridges but just understand that it is not towards Mariel's site.
