As a dear friend I would like to welcome you to Marianne Werschke's CaringBridge website. As many of you already know, on July 10th, Marianne was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, stage 3 or 4. This news blindsided her and her husband Dick, as well as her family, friends and the many who love her dearly. A treatment plan was quickly put in place by her doctor’s.
Marianne had a biopsy this past Monday (pending results) and started chemotherapy today. As of now, she will have three chemotherapy treatments to shrink the tumor and then have surgery to remove the tumor...she will then follow with three more chemo therapy treatments. This treatment plan potentially might change depending on the results of the biopsy.
Marianne is approaching this with some understandable apprehension but with the certainty that she is in the hands of her Heavenly Father. Marianne’s faithful heart allows her to find strength, have times of peace and trust in God
