My mom, Margie, fell down the back stairs of her house (16 steps) and broke the C2 vertebrae in her neck on August 20, 2016. She was in the hospital for 2 days.  She is now at home and beginning a long journey of healing.  Margie will be in a neck collar for about 3 months with very limited mobility. She is very bruised and has severe headaches from the concussion and fracture.
