On October 30th, Margaret was experiencing increased trouble breathing and pain in her throat. After connecting with her daughter, Natasha, on the phone, she was encouraged to seek emergency care. She was admitted to the University of Colorado Hospital, where she tested positive for COVID-19 that same evening. Her doctor, nurse, and nurse practitioner are taking good care of her and her son Kambi and daughter-in-law Julia have flown in from New York to be with her. We are only able to visit once a day but are keeping in close contact with her care team and will use this site to keep everyone updated. Margaret is a faithful, loving and resilient soul.
