Manny Borg Manny Borg Support Squad

UPDATE: Manny Borg sustained a broken neck and other trauma Friday 9/1 at Lake Shasta. He was transported to Mercy Medical Center in Redding, CA where he underwent 6 hours of surgery overnight. The original prognosis was very grim, but he has made daily progress. His spinal cord is not transected, and his cognitive function seems normal. He is talking and has regained some motor control. The damage and the prognosis and can't be fully known yet - he is being transferred to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and through their rehab protocol we will learn much more. The outpouring of concern, prayers, and positive thoughts has been overwhelming and we know it is helping. We are initiating this site for the many people who want to stay updated on his recovery.
