Welcome to Maggie's CaringBridge website. It is designed to keep Maggie's friends and family up to date during her fight against Ewing's Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of bone cancer.
The good news is on Christmas Eve we learned that her cancer had not metastasized, and that it wasn't in her bone marrow! Due to the nature of her type of cancer however, she will need to undergo chemotherapy for two weeks every month for 10 months. There will also be radiation treatments and surgery within that time frame. Maggie appreciates your encouragement, prayers, and thoughtfulness. She gets a kick out of reading your messages, and it gives me strength. Her Godfather, Fr. Paul Jarvis, asked me to include a link to her GoFundMe page that helps with medical bills and related expanses.
