MY INTENTION with this space:
- Update family and friends on how I am doing as I move through my healing journey
- Tap the power of prayer to keep my faith and spirits up, create healing energy and bring on the miracles!  
- Share the meaningful connections I am making, the miracles, the blessings, the feelings, etc.

DIAGNOSIS: I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma of the right breast on Nov 10, 2020.  This was discovered in my routine annual mammogram --> Please let this be a reminder to stay on top of your mammograms, ladies -and ask about the 3D capability!)  The tumor is what they call a triple positive; ER/PR (+) (Estrogen/Progesterone receptor-positive) with HER2 receptor-positive.  HER2 is a more aggressive cancer that is treated with chemotherapy right out of the gate.   The day to day love and support I am getting from my family, especially my husband, Kenn & daughter, Suzy is invaluable!!!

TREATMENT:  I am getting 6 chemotherapy treatments (3 weeks apart) at Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury.   The 1st Chemo was Nov 24, 2020, and the last is scheduled for March 9, 2021

REMOVAL: I am still a candidate for a lumpectomy - which we are planning for the end of March, 2021.
