Family and Friends,Welcome to Maddie's Caring Bridge site. We are using this to help keep everyone updated.
As many of you know, our daughter, Maddie was medically evacuated to Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii on 14 OCT. Kelly and I accompanied her. The providers at our Army hospital in Korea found a tumor on her brain stem. Maddie successful underwent surgery at Triple Army Medical Center this past Wednesday and will need to be transferred to a Cancer Treatment Center in the US here shortly.
The care to date has been nothing short of magnificent provided by the 65th Medical Brigade and the Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital. We are thankful for our Army health professionals and humbled by all the support our Army community has provided.
Maddie is strong and is surely a fighter! We ask you all to continue to keep her in prayer as we continue on this journey.
