Lynda's REAL story is about how many lives she has touched and changed in the most positive way! She started and continues to grow a successful business in Chelan, WA, Yogachelan (yogachelan.com). Her degrees in kinesiology and clinical psychology as well as 2 years as a nurse, combined with extensive yoga certifications make Lynda's yoga classes very special in that she provides in-depth scientific information on why and how each stretch or movement works.  When Lynda teaches it's an amazing melding of education, encouragement, adaptation to specific needs, and more - all delivered via a gentle unscripted voice with magically timed cues to help your body and mind align perfectly.



On May 3, 2021 Lynda was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), a type of cancer that starts in the blood-forming cells of the bone marrow.  She has been in the hospital since before May 3rd.  After several days in the ICU, she was transferred to the oncology floor to begin 7 straight days of harsh chemotherapy, which was a roller coaster ride.
