Welcome to CaringBridge for my sister Lucy Wairimu Thorpe.  I created it to keep friends and family around the world updated while Lucy continues to fight Colon Cancer. Lucy appreciates your support and words of hope and encouragement during this time when it matters most.
At age 34, Lucy was diagnosed with Colon Cancer.   At the time, she made up her mind that she would fight the disease with everything she has and God on her side.   She carries the same attitude today and knows that prayers from family, friends and even strangers are answered everyday.
