Lucy Pieper

On November 7, 2016 Lucy found  a "bump" in her right breast while doing her monthly exam.  Wasting no time, we went to the doctor right away.  The doctor immediately referred us to have a mammogram in addition to an ultrasound and a biopsy.  All the tests and imaging were done on Wednesday the 9th at the Southdale Breast Center.   On November 10,2016 our worst nightmare became true with a positive result for cancer.  Since then, we have met with a surgeon with whom we are comfortable with and have a plan of "attack" that WILL rid her of this!! We created this page as an easy way for all of our friends and family to know what is going on with her during her path that will find  us "back" where we began as a normal family living in the "burbs" of Minneapolis.
