What feels like moments and lightyears ago has turned our whole life upside down, and your lives too. In mid January, Daniel felt flu-like. A couple of weeks later, he had a swollen abdomen. Within days, Daniel was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma. A few days later we found out it is in his brain, and he has to undergo whole brain radiation before being able to start any other treatments. 

We are working with an amazing team of doctors, but even still we keep getting hit with wave after wave after wave of tough news. We are hopeful with recent advances in treatment. We have a long road ahead.
