Nancy McCorkle Love for Nan

Nancy was recently diagnosed with Cholangiocarcinoma, Bile Duct Cancer.  It is a rare but aggressive form of cancer. Nancy has been surrounded with family and friends since learning this devastating news.  Nancy was born in Burbank CA, to Benjamin and Martha Cole.  Nancy has two loving sisters, Karen and Brenda. Early on Nancy found true love and married her high school sweetheart, Bob McCorkle.  They have two wonderful children, Bobby and Debbie.  She is a proud grandma to Cedi, Tanner, Jessica and Jacob.  Nancy recently retired from Synergex International where she had worked for over 25 years.  Nancy has many great qualities and talents, too many to mention.  She is very creative, and can turn an old rusty nail into a shiny unique masterpiece that would put Martha Stewart to shame.  Most of all it's Nancy's warm smile that really sets her apart from anyone else.  Her kind personality is truly one to cherish.  


During this journey through her diagnoses, we hope to minimize the struggle and pain for her and her family.  Nancy is an amazing woman, and has created many great friendships with so many people. We hope that the communication via Caring Bridge will bring each of you some peace and comfort during her fight.
