As many of you know Cam was diagnosed last summer with colon cancer. He was high risk due to his lifelong Chrons disease. Despite regular colonoscopies, they found cancer last August.
Cam responded well to chemotherapy and as of earlier this year, his scans looked good. His doctors gave him a treatment break. Then, after presented with a bowel obstruction. This lead to an ileostomy surgery that resulted in spreading of the cancer and complex ascites, along with a number of pressing and difficult symptoms.
As you can imagine this is a very difficult time, to say the least.
We will use this site for our updates to keep all of our loved ones aware.
