As unfathomable as it may seem, our sweet Lucy has been diagnosed with the same heart condition that her older sister, Gabby had, Dilated Cardiomyopathy. Because we sadly know the progression this type of heart failure takes, we have decided to act quickly and aggressively in order to stay ahead of this. Lucy was diagnosed on 12/15 and on 12/17 she was listed for a donor heart and a heart transplant.
