Dad suffered a right hemisphere stroke while at home on Friday, April 23rd. Mom was able to get some help from the employees at their senior living apartments and he was transported to the hospital very quickly. Dad is currently at Rusk Rehabilitation hospital while his brain heals. He improves daily. He is able to walk with assistance but has weakness on his left side. Although he has many struggles his humor is still in tact! Mom is able to visit him for a short time everyday. Please keep him and Mom in your prayers. Pray for a speedy recovery and that he is able to return home soon. We will update the site as often as possible.
