On April 24th Lorrie had a blood draw for her annual physical. On Tuesday our doctors office called us with the news something was wrong with her blood cell count. After more testing and an appointment with an Oncologist she was diagnosed on Friday April 28th with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia B-cell type. She was admitted to HEB Hospital on Monday 5-1 to begin a 6 month regime of chemotherapy treatments to battle this aggressive disease.
