In the middle of August, I found a lump on my chest that seemed to appear overnight. After a battery of scans and a biopsy, I was informed the evening of Friday, August 23, 2019 that I have Stage 2 Grade 3+ invasive ductal carcinoma that is triple positive (estrogen, progesterone, and HER2). I started chemo Sept. 12 every two weeks and changed chemo treatments Nov. 7 to weekly infusions until the end of January. I had surgery in February, and will do radiation in March and April. I will also be getting a new drug, TDM1, every 3 weeks via IV infusions until almost Christmas.
